About Domenic Rinaldi

Domenic Rinaldi is the President and Managing Partner of Sun Acquisitions. As a seasoned executive in the business brokerage industry, he brings over 30 years of experience in mergers, aquisitions, sales, service, marketing, and operations.

Domenic’s successful career started at Spring Corp in the sales and operations department. After 13 years, he was promoted to VP of their Hostpitality Divison, where he led a national organization to $250 million in annual revenue. Domenic was also the COO of an e-commerce travel company, which offered the opporunity to grow a startup company into an international solutions provider. After acquiring Sun Acquisitions, he has personally been involved in over 300 transactions in the past 15 years, and has continued to grow his business.
