Randall (Randy) Thorne is the Vice President of Growth Initiatives for the Financial Services business unit of CBIZ, having joined the company in November 2018. He works closely with marketing, business development, and client-service teams in launching go-to-market growth programs across the U.S. — all designed to ensure that current and future CBIZ clients receive an unparalleled experience with unfettered access to all of the accounting, tax, and advisory solutions the company provides. 

Prior to joining CBIZ, Mr. Thorne received his B.A. from the University of Kansas. He eventually became the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII), a global executive search firm. He also held various marketing and business development leadership roles over a 17-year career at Grant Thornton LLP, a global accounting and advisory firm. Currently, Mr. Thorne serves on the Board of Directors of the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust and is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago.
